This does create some some rather confusing right-left reversal, but hey, accurate anatomy has never been touted as this game’s strong suit.įor me, the highlight of this surgery happens early on, as the couple tries to remove the goggles the patient is wearing so they can begin the surgery proper - a procedure which involves a surprisingly large amount of hardware.* Other highlights include them both poking at the patient’s face with scalpels … which ends about the way you’d expect it would. Here, instead of both controlling a single arm, each player now as their own arm to control by themselves. That’s not to say that CupQuake and her husband are any more successful and create any less disastrous results, buuuuut it’s cute to see them try.
